Quality of Care
Our support workers are both qualified and experienced for caring for you in your own home.
We carefully select our staff according to guidelines which are in accordance with the National Care standards. This way we ensure that we supply you with high quality healthcare professionals and high quality of care at all times.
In addition, we have an internal quality assurance system which covers our care comprehensively. In addition to continual reviews of quality systems, we ensure compliance through regular reviews with our staff to ensure their qualifications and experiences are current for the service they will be providing.
Our staff quality policies include:
- An Enhanced DBS check
- A full health declaration
- A full history of work, and reference checks
- Annual reviews
We ensure that our care workers are regularly supervised, including both planned and unplanned visits. We regularly have one-to-one meetings in addition to annual appraisals. We ensure that our staff continue to advance their skills while caring for you to a high standard.
Our excellence is driven by a strong focus on training and development. On joining, we ensure that all of our care professionals are trained to the current National Standards in addition to our own in-house training. We also arrange for our staff to have specific training when it would benefit a particular service user’s need.
